Youth Environmental Writers Workshop will take place on May 20^th 3:30-5PM

In this exciting collaboration between the Rye Nature Center and the Hudson Valley Writers Center, students will immerse themselves in a guided walk through nature. Former Westchester County Poet Laureate BK Fischer will lead students in generative writing prompts to create new short stories and poetry based on their observations. Participants are invited to submit their writing to the Hudson Valley Writers Center's Youth Environmental Writing Contest.

This is a FREE program for middle/high school age students. Preregistration required. Thank you!
